Event Description: Join us for a 4.5KM Trail Run or Beach Yoga Session followed by Beach Volleyball and
Swimming at Golden Bay on Sunday, 16th March, at 8:15 AM, starting from Golden Bay
The event is supported by Soft2bet. This run is in aid of the Richmond Foundation, promoting mental well-being through movement.
There will be 3 pace groups: 5:30-6:00 min/km, 6:00–6:30 min/km, 7:00–7:30 min/km
